The Paphiopedilum itself was healthy and in good condition when it arrived, well-packaged for transit. However, the ceramic pot had a small chip on the rim. I emailed their support about it, and they were responsive, offering a partial refund or a replacement. I chose the refund, which processed fairly quickly. The Sphagnum Moss was exactly as expected. Overall, the plant quality is good, and support was helpful, even with the small chip.
